Gino Sesto is the Founder of DASH TWO, a Digital and Outdoor Advertising Agency based out of Culver City, CA. He has extensive experience and knowledge within the advertising industry, covering all formats from traditional media to digital media. Gino has over 25 years of experience and has helped with the release of several #1 records, including Bone Thugs N Harmony, The Offspring, Eminem, Jay-Z and more. Over the last 3 years, Gino has grown DASH TWO from 5 employees to over 20 employees and has expanded the company by opening a satellite office in Nashville, TN. Outside of DASH TWO, Gino is also a avid Certified Flight Instructor and is an active member of AOPA and The Entrepreneur Organization.
Miguel Angel Jimenez
He founded his first label, Opus Label, in 2012 where he branded and licensed compilations for high profile clients like Perez Hilton.
The releases aided in launch the careers of artists like Bastille and Capital Cities, and to date, have featured everyone from Charli XCX, to Icona Pop. He led the label for almost four years before working full time as a music publicist at Force Field PR. Simultaneously, at the start of 2014, he launched a niche electronic music blog and label called International House of Sound, and by early 2016, he’d signed on CRSSD Festival (Golden Voice) to release a series of compilations, that have included everyone from Odesza to Jamie Jones.
Miguel started his journey at DASH TWO in the summer of 2015 where he brings his rare expertise in the music industry and a strong understanding of how PR and marketing can dovetail to create meaningful, successful digital advertising campaigns, who’s objectives can range anywhere from conversions to artist growth and development.
Some of his proudest moments on the Universal Music Group account include charting releases from The Beatles, Pitch Perfect and Elton John, as well as having his name appear in Billboard twice since the inception of his career. Miguel is also currently the music licensing director and consultant for Connor Franta’s social media influencer powered label Heard Well, where he licenses compilations for top influencers like Tyler Oakley, Bretman Rock and Gabby Douglas, as well as the music editor for Hello Mr Mag.
Kim M. Pham
Kim M. Pham is a professional Digital Media Strategist based out of Los Angeles, CA currently working at DASH TWO. Kim has worked closely with clients primarily in the music space on campaigns for some of the world’s biggest country artists, including George Strait, Luke Bryan and Shania Twain.
Being on the agency side, Kim works with clients to develop media plans that reach intended audiences and support their respective business objectives. She is responsible for the development and management of digital strategy for client brands.
Phillip McDonnell is a collaborative digital marketing leader with more than 15 years experience leveraging advanced analytics to drive digital marketing results. His background includes managing performance media campaigns and analytics spanning Automotive, eCommerce, Financial services, and Technology sectors. In early 2009, Phil worked on the development of a DSP that focused on cross-media optimization utilizing data from PPC, display media, video and social media campaigns. Phil also brings a strong foundation of quantitative and analytics expertise.
He studied econometrics and financial modeling at UC Berkeley, spearheading research to investigate trends in international development and investment. He spent several years as a private sector Investment Banking Analyst, specializing in Underwriting and Marketing Analytics. Over the last ten years, Phil has focused on applying his analytical expertise to improving digital media performance.
